SO in chicago they have this neat phenomenon where you can hop on a christmas decorated train and amuse small children. I have been on the lookout since i found out about them last year. I was able to go on the first train of the season. I posted photos on my flickr stream. Check out the delicious holiday joy. I know the pictures are crap but i took them with my phone. I am back! I bought a domain and life should be awesome. I reposted all of the stuff from my old website there are errors in facts, Punk Goes Crunk is a compalation not a band, and there are no links cause I am lazy. Now we will be starting brand new.

to write a new blog entry. I found this band because of perez hilton and i am so fucking glad he posted it on his site. its an amazing band. please please check it out. my fav song is the one i first heard called tak o tak. also i am sure that you have heard that the economy is going into the shitter. i am not a particularly studious person when it comes to the economy and i am sure that most of you aren’t either. honestly most of this shit just goes completely over my head. i have found two articles which describe in relatively lamen terms whats going on. basically we are like super fucked and most economists are predicting that we are heading into what is pretty much a second great depression. also in more political news check out this video. if you are for some reason voting for mccain and are a woman or care about them i think you will change your mind. i also want to talk about one of the most popular podcasts on the net keith and the girl. its a fucking hilarious podcast that comes out 5 days a week. its made by keith and chemda a couple who lives in new york. they have been doing this for years it is pretty great and you dont have to go back to the first episode to realize what is going on. lastly, there is a video at the bottom of the page from gamestop and it honestly one of the best commercials i have ever freaking seen. Watch it!

T.V.
True blood is wicked awesome if you haven’t watched it yet you can see it here for free. I wasn't a fan of the books I haven't actually heard of them before this show came out. However, i might seek them out because it is a really good universe that the show is based in. Also it has a lot of the good teen girl squishy moments that i loved so much in twilight. Fringe is the new J.j. abrams show and it is quite good. The story is pretty good and so are most of the characters, with one notable exception the main female character. she is so fucking stupid i want to punch her in the cunt. I also have watched most of the first season of six feet under. That was so awesome i just cant even believe it. Also on old shows that I am just catching on to is life. It honestly looked in the promos like a cheap csi ripoff but it totally wasn't i really like the main character he was so quirky and offbeat. Season finale of weeds was also this week and the lead-up for next season sounds interesting if a bit gimmicky.

This video is fucking hilarious. I sang this song in my head for days afterwards just don’t catch yourself singing it out loud it might get you in trouble. This article is a satire so dont be alarmed though i nearly pissed my pants reading it. THis video is a hilarious mishap. The greatest thing is the reporter has no idea what is going on behind him.

I love lady gaga. I have been obsessed with her single just dance. Also i love shiny toy guns new single ricochet. Despite replacing their lead singer i quite like it. Also i have been turned onto a new single from france. its called bitch by kylian mash. I am also a huge fan of punk goes crunk. Its a really good band. Its like a mix of fall out boy, bowling for soup, and singing hip hop songs. i especially like their cover of rihannas umbrella (i have also been listening to a lot of her lately)

i still havent had time to play spore. School has been consuming a lot of my life lately. actually i have two tests tomorrow so i should be studying.

this is just a small entry before i go to the dandy warhols concert!!!! i love the new metallica album and i just bought tix to their concert. fuck yeah! anyway check that out. listen to the new song from the plain white t’s called 1,2,3,4. its like hey there delilah and no matter what you say about that song now you know you loved it when it first came out (and probably know all the words too). i dont like most of their other stuff but know this song is going to be huge soon. in terms of politics once again. i first want to start out saying that i want to remember what happened seven years ago. to all our police officers, firemen, troops and other do-gooders who protect america i want to say thank you for doing what you do. even though i dont agree on all the things that you do i appreciate you putting yourself in the way to protect me and other gracious americans.

O.K. to begin with i have been really really busy this week. i have been starting school and going to a bunch of concerts so i wont be able to blog a lot and i wont be able to podcast again until next week. sorry about that. yesterday i went to the does it offend you, yeah? concert and they were amazing. more about that in another post. i have gotten the game spore and am really excited to play it but i havent gotten time to play it. here are some assorted news items i found of interest but wont be able to talk about. i really like the song that kanye played after the vma’s and have been transformed into a complete kanye freak once again. thats all folks!
on a side note i really want to go to the metallica concert and the kaiser chiefs concert but dont want to go by myself. does anyone want to come with me?

i watched the vma’s today. usually they are crap but i do like to know who wins. this year they chose a delightfully funny british man and i nearly pissed myself. i do not think that most of the audience appreciated it though. do not ask me how i found this device but needless to say that i did. this is fucked up. i have always wanted to pee standing up without dripping issues but have never felt propelled to buy a gadget to aid me in doing so. this is completely and terrible useless but still awesome. also a group called improv everywhere is coming to chicago. they do really awesome stunts that are like pranks but without the harm. on the 28th they will be doing an mp3 experiment. check out their site for details. the terrible looking movie bangcock dangerous premiered this weekend. it did terrible. i don’t know how hollywood allows such crap to be released and be astonished as to why. they need to stop blaming piracy and start looking inward. here is an idea: start investing in new talent and ideas instead of renewing franchises or making remakes years later.

actually online t.v. to be more exact. i have recently been watching two series made by some of the same people. the first is abagails x-rated teen diary. its fucking hilarious but really hard to describe. this is my favorite “entry”. also i really enjoyed goodnight burbank which is really hilarious too. i have been trying to find internet tv thingys that are of real quality ever since dr. horrible came out. i cam currently checking out dead end days and stranger things and will let you know how those turn out soon.

i was going to tell you about tokio hotel and natalie portmans shaved head. but both of these bands that i have found have been ruined. one because tokio hotel got a vma and two because it was featured on perez hiltons website. so then i decided to do empire of th sun wich was featured on epic fu and they have lovely taste. but then perez hilton ruined it again for me and posted a video by them. he keeps beating me to all these new artists. i love these bands but feel like my chance to share them with someone has been taken away. anyway if you havent listened to either of them check them out. instead i am going to talk about the pipettes. they are from england. they sound like very 50’s and stuff. whenever i hear them i want to put on a lovely dress and some patent leather shoes and little white gloves. they sing about contemporary stuff but they make me deliciously happy.

sex is fun (this is what i hear at least) and in my sleepless trolling i have found a funny chart of stuff to say and not to say during sex.
more stuff on sarah palin. do you remember how the national enquirer broke the john edwards affair story? well they are trying to break the sarah palin affair story. the mccain camp denies it (not surprisingly). now a juicy piece of information comes out. the man she allegedly had the affair with has filed for emergency papers to close his divorce documents. the actual filing papers are under the link on the linked page. hahaha i love it that a tabloid is getting all newsy and serious and is actually right.

as mentioned in a previous post, i really want the game spore. finally one of the reviewers got their hands on a copy and wrote a review. This review makes me even more excited than i already was. which i thought was impossible. i am practically multi-geek-orgasming constantly. this was like 5 minutes ago when i read this. it is exactly what i thought it would be.

more and more information keeps coming out about politics and other such things. I am a firm believer of knowing whats going on in the world and believe me i am only giving you a small tidbit of what i actually am receiving. This story has been featured a lot on the internet today. it’s been on perez hilton, yahoo main page, and others so you just cant ignore it. hmm anyway, more about the basics on palin from slate which you should be reading anyway. or listening to their podcast. they are a very good news source.
Michael moore is planning on letting you download his next movie online in time for the elections. Say what you will about him (muckraker) but he is very good at getting debates going about issues. for my generations sake i certainly hope that he motivates my peers to vote.
in terms of amusement i have come across a great video. very epic especially with the music.
so i just found this in my bookmarks and remembered that i wanted to talk about it. when you/you parents (depending on how old you are) were little i am guessing that you were expecting fucking flying cars or something by now. this i think is the closest we have gotten to some of that cool shit.

on the day (night rather) that i posted the completely mental blog i had a series of awesome things happen to me followed by a completely horrible one. i went to the n.e.r.d. concert with bad brains as the intro act. i bought a ticket for cheap ($30) from two 26 year old girls from Cincinnati. They hung out with me for most of the night (which was nice since i had no one to go with) and even bought me some drinks (yay! for underaged drinking) I then won a backstage pass to meet bad brains because i was wearing my trusty chucks. after waiting for freaking whatever i got to meet the band. (on a side note i knew they smoked and shit but man they were seriously fucked up like almost comatose) they signed two posters and i got to shake their hands. it was bitchin’ i havent been able to do any other music shit cause i have been busy. hopefully this weekend.

So, I know i said that you would have to wait a long while for another blog post but my first roomie has moved in so i cant just sit on my ass all day and look like a giant creep. as such i have decided to crawl the internet to find something to talk about. But first some news, there are more lies and questions uncovered by the press about miss palin. also new info about what rich bitches in the republican party are doing. this is patently ridiculous. be informed people! i came across these geek tattoos and was so inspired. but i already know what tattoos i want but they are cool anyway. also i implore you to use goodsearch rather than google. When you search half the ad revenues are donated to the charity of your choice. this is so neat. you can even change it to be your search tool in your internet browser. for the twilight fans out there her last book in the series has been leaked. it is called midnight sun and tells the story of how edward and bella’s love began through edward’s eyes. because of this she decided to post it herself. go ahead and read it.

With the new fall lineup coming out i thought that tv would be something good to talk about. SO in the same vein here are the shows that i am most excited about.
fringe on Fox. Its by j.j. abrams. Thats all i should have to say. Fucking genius.

30 rock. I just started watching this show this summer and i loved it. i am excited for it to return.
pushing daisies. My favorite show ever. Its fucking amazing and you should watch it or i might not want to talk to you ever. its smart, funny, touching, and beautiful
life on mars. Its a british remake (big surprise) about a cop who is transported back to the 70’s after a car accident.

due to a completely douchy set of circumstances, i am more depressed than ever. In general i do not particularly enjoy the human race. This makes it difficult to interact with people through my blog/podcast at this very moment. I should be adding more stuff on sunday come emotional rain or shine. For now I just wanted to let everyone know what was up. this will be a kind of entry. I am in support of everyone who can vote to vote this election year. Personally I support obama but i guess mccain is your only alternative. Now for the recent selection of his vice president, palin. Words cannot accurately describe how i view this choice. Wait, oh yes here are some: stupid, retarded, ploy, gimmick, cheap, demeaning, and many many others. a lot of stuff has been coming out of the closet about her so here are some stories about this inexperienced and lovely woman.
